- Offer valid to those aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, the outlet and their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
- To enter simply fill in the downloadable form and return to your local O'Neill's. A band may make only one entry.
- Competition only available at participating outlets.
- Travel costs for getting to and from local heats, regional heats and the final will need to be covered by the band.
- The band that wins at the Grand Final will receive the following prizes: a 2 day recording session at Abbey Road Studios and will include 1 x sound engineer, 1 x studio with piano and a £200 allowance for recording materials. Any additional costs will need to be covered by the band. The winning band will also get 2 Jackson guitars, 2 high end Marshall AVT combo amps and a Roland music equipment.
- Entry into the competition is open from 31st March 2006 and the deadline for entry will vary by outlet so please check with the manager of your local O'Neill's.
- All winners may be required to take part in publicity as specified by the Promoter.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
- No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
- By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
- Entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned. We apologise for any inconvenience, but demo tapes cannot be returned.
- The decision of the manager is final and binding in all cases.
